kpApplied didn’t start as a software company. It started with two operators who spent two decades in the trenches of real businesses — order desks, service calls, collections, inboxes that never empty — and got tired of watching the same work get re-keyed into the same systems, day after day.

The part that keeps the lights on and the numbers straight. Built and ran the operations behind real businesses — the systems, the processes, the infrastructure that everything else depends on.

The part that talks to customers and closes deals. Built and ran the revenue side of real businesses — the relationships, the campaigns, the products that people actually buy.
We built these workflows for our own operations first. We felt the friction — the email that should have been an order, the CRM that didn’t talk to the ERP, the invoice that sat in a queue until someone called about it. So we started connecting things. Now we bring the same approach to other companies — the human part of intelligence.
We didn’t build this on a whiteboard. We implemented AI across four of our own operating companies — each in a different industry, each with its own systems, processes, and friction. What we sell is what we already run.
Every workflow we build for a client has been pressure-tested in our own operations first. We know where AI helps, where it breaks, and where a person needs to make the call — because we make those calls ourselves.
